kek ni i tambah je cheese & blueberry sb ada stok dlm fridge.emm sedap sgt..everyone should try tp kalau nak makan tnpa deco kt atas tu pun xpe..sedap jugak.
JAPANESE SOUFFLE CHEESE CAKE
125g cream cheese
20g butter
40ml fresh milk( susu cair pn boleh tp add air k)
65 g gula halus
3 eggs ( putih telur tu kepuk k)
1/4 st cream of tar tar
40g self raising flour
1/4 garam
cara:-
1. double boil: butter,cream cheese,milk - angkat bila dh sebati
2. add in orange juice n kuning telur & gula separuh.
3. flour sket2 & salt
4. putih telur yg dh dikepuk2 dgn cream of tar tar n sugar separuh.
5. bakar kaedah water bath 45 min 175C(api bwh tau)
